Leading Change is the leadership and coaching blog of David Phillips, an entrepreneur who has experience in the IT, publishing, consulting, coaching, and non-profit industries. He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems and a Doctorate in Leadership in the Emerging Culture.
He has made a pledge for the upcoming years to do the following:

That is because he wants his life to matter. He is more concerned about making a global investment than obtaining great wealth for myself. Jesus noted this when he mentioned that where are treasure is, our heart is as well. David would like to suggest that there is a corollary: where your heart is, that is where your treasure is.
As a result, in one of his companies, They have sponsored a child through Compassion International and are giving quarterly to Living Water International to help build clean wells for clean water. He wants to grow his business so that se can do more of this, to help the marginalized and make a global difference.
