OUR HISTORY

Leading Change is a development organization founded 2011 in response to the global call to intensify efforts for capacity development, and to promote citizens' active participation in national, and global development processes. We focus on working collaboratively with communities, partners, governments, youth groups, and individuals to develop lasting solutions that can transform communities and greatly impact lives.

To establish, and sustain an agenda for change that promotes growth, and development of individuals, communities, and the society based on inclusion, and empowerment of all persons.

To work collaboratively with partners at all levels in developing solutions that bring about sustainable change through the provision of strategic, and operational planning framework, civic education, and leadership innovations that can have lasting impact, and truly transform lives.

Agriculture Development

We support agriculture development by consistently applying creative project management techniques to business practices across the agricultural sector. We help attract and retain young and talented farmers to support innovative food production.
